How We Handle Termite and Wood Rot Repairs

At RenovaCore Services LLC, we focus exclusively on termite and wood rot repair. Whether the damage is structural, cosmetic, or limited to patching, we restore your home with precision and lasting quality.

We do not offer inspections or fumigation ourselves—we proudly partner with GC Termite Control for professional inspections and termite remediation. Once they’ve addressed the source, our licensed construction team steps in to repair and restore affected areas.

We're a fully licensed contractor with the California State License Board (CSLB), ensuring that every project is done to code and with full accountability.

Who We Serve

  • ✔️ Property managers needing fast turnaround repairs between tenants
  • ✔️ Real estate agents requiring escrow-close ready fixes
  • ✔️ Homeowners needing long-lasting solutions
  • ✔️ Investors and developers restoring distressed properties

We understand the urgency of real estate transactions, the precision required in maintenance contracts, and the importance of quality in family homes. From fascia boards to floor beams, we have the experience and tools to repair it right the first time.

Materials & Craftsmanship

We use Douglas Fir for most framing and general wood repair applications due to its strength, availability, and workability. For areas where wood touches soil or concrete, we use pressure-treated lumber as required. We avoid overuse of treated wood to limit unnecessary chemical exposure. Every project is completed with top-tier hardware and finish work to match the original look as closely as possible.
